Looking for Knitters – or Knitter Wanna-Be’s!Are you a knitter? Or would you like to learn to knit? The Lake Anne knitting group needs HELP knitting squares for an afghan that will be auctioned at the Spring Fiesta. If you don’t knit, but would like to learn how, we offer free knitting lessons at our Saturday meetings! Fantastic Fiesta Food Volunteers needed for Fiesta Food jobs - kitchen, popcorn machine, cotton candy, hotdog machine (sounds like a party!). Nobody gets smiles like the popcorn or cotton candy people! Fiesta Time! – March 24, 2007Lake Anne’s Fiesta is an annual event – a fun fair, silent auction, cake walk, party extravaganza! And this year’s Fiesta will be bigger and better to celebrate Lake Anne’s 40th anniversary. The committee chairs for the Fiesta will soon be asking you directly for help – please respond positively! Just say Yes to helping with the Fiesta - Celebrating and Supporting Lake Anne! Silent Auction, Games, Prizes, Food, Volunteers, Class Basket Decorations, even Clean Up! These are the important parts that make the Fiesta a success – how are you going to help? GRACE Art Volunteer NeededMs. Zanger's kindergarten class is in need of a GRACE Art volunteer for the rest of the school year. Love of children and willingness to learn about artists and art concepts with them is all that is required. You do not need to have a child in this class to be their GRACE Art volunteer.
