Fiesta 40 is all done except the Thank You's.

But there really isn't enough room in this email update to list all the Thank You's.

So, for now, we'll simply mention that whether you did something as simple as purchase a raffle ticket all the way up to being a key part of the team that planned and prepared for this amazing afternoon of fun, you have our thanks! Every

effort is appreciated and everyone's contribution made the day a huge success.

With all the Fiesta excitement, you may have missed the announcement that registration for After School Programs has begun. Classes for Spring include some new offerings: lacrosse, soccer, in-line skating, skate boarding and art. Check out the flier sent home (and soon to be on the LAES PTA website) and register your child before April 13.

Twelve Lake Anne student artists have their work on exhibit at the RCC/Lake Anne Jo Ann Rose Gallery. To honor Youth Art Month, RCC has selected works by students from all Reston elementary schools. Stop by the gallery this week to see the exhibit; hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

On the original FCPS Calendar, March 30th was a student holiday. However, because of the number of snow days used this year, March 30th is now a regular school day with dismissal at the regular time.

The 2006-2007 yearbook will be packed full of the best collection of photographs representing the school year: the best candids, group photos, and individual portraits of all students, faculty, and pictures of all your special friends having fun while they learn.

Yearbooks are $21 – checks should be made payable to LAES PTA.
