This Week at Lake Anne April 9 – April 15Did you see our Lake Anne fourth graders in the Fairfax Extra section of the Washington Post last Thursday? Wonderful article about how Ms. Cagno creatively integrated language arts and Virginia History with her fourth grade students – you can read all about it at: http://tinyurl.com/26ls3o. How fun to open the paper and see familiar faces! April 12 (Thur) – 6th Grade Ceremony/Reception Planning meeting Sixth Grade parents - not to alarm you, but this is the last quarter of the 6th graders time at Lake Anne. This Thursday, the first planning meeting for this event will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the library. Please plan on attending this meeting to be involved. Contact Ms. April Phillips (april.phillips@fcps.edu) or Mr. Daniel Ramos (daniel.ramos@fcps.edu) for more information or to see how you can help out.
