This Week at Lake Anne April 23 – April 29After seeing their program at last week’s PTA meeting, this news should come as no surprise! We are thrilled to announce that the 4th and 5th grade Odyssey of the Mind teams placed 3rd at the State Finals this weekend. The coaches and the team and their parents are very pleased with these results – and had an awesome experience at Newport News. The competition (12 other teams) was excellent and everyone had a wonderful time. On behalf of the Lake Anne community, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Rachel Jacobs, Brentan Walter, Sam Joslyn, Samantha Chen, David Atkinson, Charley Thaler and Jake Loehr and their Coaches, Aurian Lotter, Stacey Freer and Tammy Joslyn. We are extremely proud of your accomplishment and creative effort! Well Done!
